Young Shane Andrews is the Presidents Day Champion for 2006/2007, winning at the wonderfully difficult New Course at Headfort, Kells designed by Christy O'Conor Senior.
 
Shane won the day with a very good score of 36 ponts playing of a 5 handicap.

Unfortunately President George Anderson could not make it to Headfort so Geed (Trevor Geddis) stood in and presented the prizes on the day.
